I was wondering, On the I-134 it asks the name of children accompanying or following to join spouse. If a child is added to follow at a later time change the household guidelines from 2 to 3. The child may not join for a few years since he lives with the ex's family. I am wondering if by listing the child if that could make it more difficult to get approved. I am still short the $18,212 for 2 people, I only receive $9460 from VA, have unemployment which is ending in a few months, have about $62,000 in stocks, and $7000 in the bank. I have also applied for SSDI and for an increase in my VA disability. I also will have a co-sponsor to hopefully satisfy the consulate in the short term. What are your thoughts about this situation?
