One of my husbands friends has gotten the NOID from h-ll. After a botched 129f interview he ran over and married and threw together an I130 that is going down in flames. ( one of those men that thinks they can handle things themselves and that things are a piece of cae for 2 Nigerians that are married ) Anyway about every thing that they could say they did , including that the fiance-now wife signed some sort of statement at the I129F interview. Looking for a list of NOID specialists.

Thanks

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

The condensed version. The man is a Nigerian by birth. Left the country and moved to Zimbabwe and became a citizen, married a USC moved to the US, marriage died, divorced During a visit home found ex girl friend that his parents hated had had a child 10 years before by him. Became a USC then immediately filed a K1. At the interview they denied the K1 for no bonafide relationship ( but he didn't quiz the fiance about exactly what was said ) . Returned to Nigeria , married filed an I130. At USCIS review he has a NOID claiming prior signed confession of sham relationship, staged pictures, insufficient phone calls, marriage for immigration purposes. So he is in need of someone that writes really fantastic rebuttals.
