hearing other people on this site being approved sounds like THE SYMPHONY OF LOVE!! (L) (L) (L) im so glad the immigrations finally decided to work on our papers and change our frowning faces into VERY VERY HAPPY FACES!! :D CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL.. :):dance: :dance: :dance: i religiously go to visajourney just to check on updates and read HOT forums... there are ups and downs and sometimes, just shake my head onto some odd topics, but hey, the point of me reading all these topics is that i learn from it.. I am no professional when it comes to immigration laws, but i really appreciate the people who exert effort to give the best possible answer and help people in distress with their own unique cases. After all these past few jobless months, i always find myself infront of the computer, raising eyebrows, and saying, "HE/SHE ACTUALLY MAKE SENSE!!" -this is also the reason why i checked visajourney waaaaaayy mooore than my facebook page. KEEP IT UP VJer's, i really do believe there's gonna be a NEW JOURNEY after each and every APPROVAL... (F)

11.03.10 == (Day 01) Package received in Chicago by CHIBA

11.09.10 == (Day 07) 1st Notice of Action (AOS, EAD and AP)

11.09.10 == (Day 07) Check cashed

11.12.10 == (Day 10) All three NOA1 received in Mail

11.15.10 == (Day 13) Case touched

12.01.10 == (Day 29) EAD and AP Case touched AGAIN!!!

12.17.10 == (Day 45) Received ASC Appointment dated 12.13.10 scheduled on 01.10.11

12.18.10 == (Day 46) Received Transfer Notice to California Service Center dated 12.13.10

01.06.11 == (Day 65) AOS Case TOUCHED

01.10.11 == (Day 69) Biometrics Appointment

01.11.11 == (Day 70) AOS Case TOUCHED

01.11.11 == (Day 70) AP APPROVED!!

01.14.11 == (Day 73) EAD APPROVED!!!

01.18.11 == (Day 77) AP received in Mail

01.28.11 == (Day 87) AOS APPROVED!!!

I'm a stickler for grammar and spelling, however...

I love your enthusiasm! My fiancée and I have just begun the process with our I-129F petition, and I concur with you when I say without this website putting together our initial pack would have been so much harder!

06/14/11 - Received Packet 3

07/22/11 - Medical

09/09/11 - Interview - Approved!

09/15/11 - Visa received

10/05/11 - Flying out

11/02/11 - Married

11/05/11 - I-485 EAD and AP filed!

12/12/11 - I-485 and all that other good stuff received

02/11/12 - Biometrics

02/15/12 - Paper work moved from Vermont to California

02/25/12 - EAD received (expires 02/25/13)

December 2012 still nothing...

:rofl: That's one of the funniest things I've ever read on here. As a newbie, please keep in mind that a very large percentage of the people who post on this board are not native English speakers. Not everyone is from USA/Great Britain.

mama and Papa Bear....stay positive! It's a long wait but well worth it! :thumbs:
