my question was that my mom already been under immigration process and been granted visa but then she got sick and passed away later.

so when my dad will file I130 for all over 21 kids and it shows they were all born from my deceases mom .

does immigration gonna have in their records that yes she is the mother as she was in their old record before as mother of all these kids and wife of my husband.

does that record gonna be helpfull?

do they usually have prevoius immigration approved visa in their record?

as on I 130 they ask if any relative been into immigration procees what was the result, i wrote my name my mom name and result approved, visa granted.

all that gonaa help us or not?

no they are biological children. they are not step.

i am the youngest one in the family.

in the past my dad only applied for me and my mom (not my other over 21 brother sisters) when i was under 21 to make the process faster. we got visa in very short time we didn't had to wait as he was citizen and i was also under 21.

they are my real brother sisters. my dad biological kids.

Good, from what I see you got the correct paperwork.
