I have noticed that a lot of people who got their NOA2 really quickly (1-2 months) are filing for a beneficiary from Cuba. Does anyone know why they would get their NOA2 so quickly while the rest of us have to wait 5-6 months? Just curious.

9/24- I-129F received by CSC

9/27 NOA1 received in mail

9/28- Check Cashed

10/1- touched

2/23- RFE email

2/28- RFE hardcopy

3/7- NOA2!!!!!

3/28- Interview! APPROVED!

4/7 - Jimmy arrives in the USA!

We got our NOA2 after 69 days for a beneficiary from Peru. But it seems like recently (from the Timeline's I've seen on this website) they have been taking longer. I have no clue about the quick NOA2 from Cuba question.

I think that interview scheduling is from 6 months to a year and it's not an easy consulate.

That seems to be the case any time the beneficiary would experience a substantial upgrade in his/her living conditions by moving to the United States; hence an elevated risk of marriage fraud to be on the alert for.
