i am confused on the I-134 questions...

Let me begin with the form as in whole

1. My brother will be our co-sponsor, i have a job but i do not make enough money

From my understanding, i have to fill one of the I-134 and my brother has to fill one ? but him and his wife are both on the taxes... how does that work???? do both of them have to fill separate I-134 or together dunno?

2. I did not understand question # 3 on the I-134? " This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person? and than under it it has like name last name bla bla whose information do i put there? my fiance overseas?

3. Question # 8 in I-134, since my brother is a co-sponsor who does he sponsor, me or my fiance overseas...? or does he have to put me and my fiance there... even if i work... fully or partially???

1) Yes, you as petitioner need to provide an I-134, brother also provides one.

2) Is being executed on behalf of beneficiary the person applying for and interviewing for the visa overseas.

3) Sponsoring fiancee overseas.

Moving this to Embassy consulate forum..

I-134 is used at consulate, not when filing the I-129F to USCIS..
