Well if you go in your timeline you can see an estimated approval date based on your dates.

my timeline changes 5 times a day and I see other peoples timeline who were just approved that are like 3 months past due........ I am skeptical of the whole process

Unfortunately they are all just averages of people's timelines, some are long, some short with, very little reason as to why.
