You should not file the I-129F at all. The K-3 visa is no longer available. While you can still send in the I-129F, the I-130 and the I-129F will get matched up, approved together, and the I-129F will be administratively closed at NVC. Since I-130s are going much faster then they did when the K-3 visa was invented, K-3 is no longer needed. You are on the I-130 CR/IR-1 visa path, which is now the only spousal visa available. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

let me be the 2nd one to say -

don't bother with the K-3 visa, filing any I-129F petition, at all.

Some light reading?
