In I-130 instruction booklet it says (on Page 4)

What If Your Name has changed?

If either you or the person you are filing for is using a name other than shown on the relevant

documents, you must file your petition with copies of the legal documents that effected the

change, such as marriage certificate, adoption decree or court order.

My wife did have a change last name after the marriage. Now her last name is same as mine now. Do I need to have some thing else beside the marriage certificate to fulfill the requirement?

In my marriage certificate it states "My 1st and last name son of <father's name>" is married to "My wife's first name and maiden last name daughter of < her father's name> on < Date of marriage>,< place of marriage > and other standard details? Is this enough?

Yes, the marriage certificate will meet the requirement. In the US, all a wife needs to change her last name to her husband's last name is a marriage certificate.
