Hi,

I've put together a package of evidence as part of our I-751 application, but does it need to go back to the date of marriage (Sept 2008) or to the date my husband's green card was approved (April 2009)? (He was already in the US when we got married.) For instance, do I need to include both our 2008 and our 2009 tax returns? Our lease for 2009 and 2010? etc.

Our evidence includes:

First and last pages of our joint lease agreement (covering June 2010-May 2011)

Confirmation of our home insurance policy (covering December 2009-December 2011)

Joint bank account statements (2 covering August-December 2010)

Joint credit card statements (3 covering May 2009-December 2010)

Joint tax return for 2009 (federal, state and city)

Insurance and benefits statement (covering 2011) showing husband as covered by health benefits and life insurance beneficiary

Joint telephone bills (covering April 2009-December 2010)

Plus:

Two affidavits testifying to our relationship

Family photographs (covering April 2009-December 2010)

Cards addressed to both of us

Thanks!
