I134 Advice

Hello,

I need an advice from VJ members. According to U.S. Embassy in Pakistan, Form I134 is optional with packet 3, would you recommend sending it with packet 3 or leave it? Would it help in any way?

I would really appreciate any help.

Unless the instructions in Packet 3 says otherwise, most consulates just want DS-230 and Reediness letter (Check-List) returned to them.

I-134 and other documents gathered are usually brought to interview.

It's optional? wow Australia we had to send it so I would suggest yeah send it in with packet 3 . As it gives evidence of your income petitioner in US.

I-134 is just a tool, to show support, there are other ways to show will not become a charge of the state from time of entry until getting a green-card.
