Many cases were tranferred from the California Service Center to TX.... has anyone heard anything new on their case? My case has been pending for 5 months now. Should I start getting worried. It was transferred to speed up the prcess, but it didn't.

From what I understand a lot of us (all?) go to Texas for part of the process but you are still officially with the CSC. And we're all waiting 5 or more months these days :( Good news is that you don't need to worry (yet) that anything unusual is taking place for your case!!!

Check out the tables, graphs and statistics and timelines to check on what other people are doing. http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/

And while you're at it make one for yourself real quick- it will help the rest of us to see how your case is going, too! Good luck, it should be any time now... They show that Aug 20th is processing today!

Feel free to get in touch with me for anything.

Oh! I assumed you are filing a K-1! Are you? The stats are a little different for other visas... looks like K-3s are way faster. Anyway, the stats are all up there!
