It does not matter if a birth certificate has an expiration on it, the consulate should accept it, as far as the US gov is concerned birth certs do not expire.

hindi ko sure kasi yung NSO birth certificate ko, nagagamit ko pa kahit andito na ko more than a year na yon...

no, it doesn't have an expiration

no info needs to be current like the NBI clearance so as long as you have one from NSO it should be fine.

No expiration on Birth Certificate but make sure she gets the Authenticated Birth certificate (in NSO yellow paper) as they require that nowadays,,not the old green Birth Cert.

NSO documents NO expiration, But it is better that you will submit a NEW one specially when you are going to process in any applications.So request ka nlng ng bago for your interview.Good Luck and God Bless Us...

Ah kahit 4years ago pa birthcertificate ng petitioner basta galing nso? Sabi kasi nila may expiration daw 6mos.Ang mahalaga is sa applicant latest? Thank you so much po .
