It says that I have to submit the 3 most recent tax returns for the I-864 Package. Can I use the tax returns from 2008-2010 since I have not filed tax yet for the 2011 season? Or do I have to wait until I have filed in 2011 and then be able to submit the I-864 package.

No need to wait; submit what you have.

You will not be expected to produce a 2010 return until after tax day this April.

If you do have the W2 and or 1099 forms, you can always attach copies as evidence of your 2010 income.

Moving this to NVC forum, I-864 is not filed with I-130 when filing the petition.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.
