Hello everyone,

My 7 year old daughter has an interview for I-130 (IR 2) in February. I will not be able to travel oversees and be there. My mother will go with here. Is that a problem ? Anyone has ever done that this way?

My husband (US citizen) filed for her, do you know if she will be asked any questions??

Please share your experience

Thank you

hi..as far as i know the IR2 is pretty straightforward so providing all the documents are correct there shouldn't be any problems.

my sister did the same for her 6yr old daughter and they never asked any questions. so don't worry o.k. :)
