I am assuming that you are doing AOS as you've done your biometrics. Please update your timeline if so.

If your case has been at CSC for more than 4 months (their estimated timescale is 4 months for AOS) then you should contact USCIS either by phone or infopass to see what is going on. If you have no luck with that then contact your Senator and see if they can follow it up for you.

Good luck.

hello,

yes, it's for the aos. i thought i had updated my timeline, maybe i missed something:

Adjustment of Status

Event Date

CIS Office : Charlotte NC

Date Filed : 2010-08-30

NOA Date : 2010-09-07

RFE(s) :

Bio. Appt. : 2010-11-19

AOS Transfer** : 2010-09-23

the last thing we received was a letter saying it was being transferred to california in sept, and then a letter informing us to get our bio in november. but we haven't received anything after we did that.

was just curious if this is the normal wait after doing fingerprints or if we should actually call and bug them.

To be honest, I find calling to be a waste of time. I'd get an infopass if you live close enough to the service centre. I think the info is usually the same but they try to be more helpful and I'm less likely to blow up at them than a voice on the phone. You're well beyond 4 months so I'd also contact your senator to look into it for you.
