K1 Visa approves in UAE

Hi, I am new here and my fiance and I are planning to process k-1 visa in ABU DHABI USEM. is it possible to apply here since my visa is due in april 19,2015? UAE would not be rejected our application? my fiance planning to submit our application by mid october. by the way I am filipino nationals.

Please enlighten me.

Hi, just tell to your fiancé to put your mailing address here in uae, when uscis approved the petition they will send it to nvc then from nvc to usem abu dhabI. I'm filipina too and just waiting for my interview this coming oct ? goodluck Edited September 22, 2014 by hardrockangel

Matagal pa end ng visa ko dito..nag renew kase ako last may.thank you and please fill mo yung timeline mo..para mas matulungan ka pa sa ibang tanong mo..goodluck?

di pa tapos yung mga form na fill up ko kc nag dadalawang isip pa ako kc baka di pede dito e process kc 7 months nalang ang natira kong residence visa. worried lang kami kc matagal daw pag e pa forward sa usem manila ang case, but may nag suggest na once nasa nvc na daw ang case namin mag email daw si fiance ko at ipa expidite at eexplain bakit kailangan namin e expidite.

Mag isip ka..ubra kaman mag renew..at pag may visa na mag resign ka..kase ako transfer case din ako from manila to here, actually dito namin originally i process yun..kaso nagkabaliktad kmi ng lagay sa address. .kaya sa second page ng 129f application nyo..don mo lagay yung tlgang address mo..wether dito mo process or sa manila...7 months is quite short...kase after nvc mga 2 months pa sched ng abu dhabi para sa interview. .di pa natin alam if may rfe during uscis stage..mag decide ka muna..pag di valid reason mo di rin na grant basta basta ang expedite.
