We had another snowfall last week. Got 5 inches, which is alot for my area. Snow is cool, but I like it to melt which it usually does in a few hours in D/FW area, this time we had snow on the ground for 5 days, longest I can remember

Housing in DFW that looks like that ranges 250-400K. (There's some that goes to 800K in really really good neighborhood)

Most of my neighbours have 5 bedrooms and they are paying 2,100K/ month in mortgage.

Come on here in Texas! :)
