My fiancée filed k1 2 year ago after such a long time embassy in Islambad returned my docs after admin process by saying we are in doubt you are married not engaged and you file wrong visa file marriage visa, i told them we are engaged not marriage they didn't agree and sent my case back to U.S

U.S Islambad embassy sent case back to U.S but NVC have not sent any informing letter to my fiancée about k1 cancellation.

Now my fiancée coming Pakistan next week to get marry how we inform them to cancel our k1 processing if any or what is the acknowledged procedure in my situation. and should we inform NVC about our marriage and k1 cancellation or we should leave it as it is

I'm sure if USCIS knows that your visa is cancelled, ( and they do right?!?!? ) then NVC doesn't need to know. That is just my advice

Good luck and congrats on the upcoming marriage

USCIS and NVC says they didn't hear any thing back related to my case from U.S embassy Islambad, but Islambad embassy sent back my passport and docs without stamping and they told me on the phone call that they are sending case back its more then 3 weeks and how come this is possible they didn't inform USCIS and NVC.

please guide me what should i do ? should i cancel and inform USCIS and NVC about their decision or just take my case back.
