does anybody else here use the Magic Jack? that will be our primary source of communication and not sure how to get call records from it. also if that isn't possible then would that be a big deal not having it as one of our evidence? (phone conversations is obviously a big deal to them)

also Yahoo cam to cam. anybody using the print screen of those as evidence?

thanks ya'll!

Another method : If magic jack user is calling to any number in the US with AT&T, Sprint, or any other cellular service, then print out the monthly billing details (call logs, call made to and call received from).

Also, print out the subscription page of MAGIC JACK account holder. Now you can easily show the call logs and match the magic jack no. (make sure you print out both magic jack and cellular bill to show the person's name). (Magic Jack should be registered in the name of beneficiary and cellular bill should show petitioner's name.)

I'll print screen the Yahoo chat about once a month as I've read here you don't need to overload the evidence.
