HOW LONG FOR INTERVIEW?? BALTIMORE FILERS??

Hi, I am very excited to finally be moving towards some kind of normalcy in this country...my husband and i have been married for almost 2 years now and we are getting ready to send in our I485 etc...after all these years we are now able to afford this but i would rather wait until our 2year anniversary to send in the forms just so i can get the permanent GC and be done with it. I am adjusting from a b2 visa which expired about 5 years ago, so i have been waiting for all these years without being able to function like a normal citizen of society.

I would like to know how long does it take from the time i mail the forms in to the time that we would have to go in for the interview..

You will be sending more than just the AOS papers.

Every case is different, but on average I would say the whole AOS process takes up to 6 months.
