EAD Touch After Card Received

My husband received his EAD card on 1/8. It had been approved on 12/30. However, when I logged in to check the status of his AOS, he'd gotten another touch on his EAD case yesterday (1/14) and not his AOS. (We've had 4 AOS touches in the last 2 weeks.) Is this normal? Or could this mean they were looking through the EAD paperwork for something to do with the AOS?

They probably just put the EAD back in the box of files because it is finished and closed. They have to scan the bar code everytime they move a file to a new place or anything. It does not mean anything specific.

Don't worry about it. It means nothing...I got my GC in the mail two days ago and yesterday igot a touch (Post Decision Activity)...I agree with inky...Nothing to worry abt.

AOS From B2 Journey

8/26/10: Checks Cleared and Case Transferred to NBC

8/30/10: NOA Text/ Email and Hard Copy

8/31/10: Case Status Appears On USCIS Site
