Well as far as I can tell (maybe i'm mistaken) the estimated processing dates for the I-129F at the Vermont Center have gone backwards from 03/April/2003 to 23/Feb/2006. This is weird!

The two processing centers have rolled back the dates. However, pay no attention to those dates, as they are meaningless. Lately, people have been approved in as little as 7 days in Vermont, and as many as 180 plus days in California.

Just hang on and be thankful that you are VSC, which infers speedy processing. :thumbs:

Everyone lost their cool about those dates but it really has not changed anything...If you'll count back 6 months from today, thats the date they should be showing, but since they only update the page ever so often...

its just a change in reporting the times, In my opinion it makes it a little easier to estimate the dates cause you can just count back six months and fill in the blank yourself...its a CYA move, thats all.

July 17 2006 Sent I-129F to TSC

July 19 2006 packet received by TSC

July 27 2006 case received at CSC

July 28 2006 touched (to process/send NOA1)

Aug 01 2006 check cashed

Aug 05 2006 NOA1 received in mail

Oct 03 2006 Touched (RFE sent)

Oct 10 2006 RFE received and responded to

Oct 17 2006 Touched (CSC reply to RFE response)

Nov 06 2006 NOA2

Nov 21 2006 NVC sent to Manila
