On the USCIS website: Volumes and Trends there is a drop down menu where you can choose a form. You can choose from "I-130 Imm Rel" or "I-130 Pref" among many others. Does anybody know the difference between these two?

07-20-2010 NOA1

02-11-2011 NOA2

03-09-2011 Sent both packages to NVC

03-28-2011 Case complete

03-31-2011 Expedite Request Sent

Gonna take a guess.

I think the first one whuch is I-130 imm rel is referring to spouses, parents and children (under 21) of us citizens.

Second would be the I-130 submitted by us citizens for their sisters/brothers/child over 21/LPR filing for their child (any age)/spouse and is the I-130 pref.
