Biometric interview

Soon we will have to apply for removal of condition and we would like to know what will be the process.

We read the VJ guide and we understood that we have to file the form I751 and that " You may or may not be called for an interview after you submit this form". So we'd like to know if it is common NOT to have the interview. And if you have the interview when that is going to happen.

I don't know why some get interviews and some don't. I was a divorce waiver and did not receive an interview. My 751 package was very thorough with a lot of evidence and I complied them well.

they some times randomy pick some files, for interview ,not every one has a interview. if you don't have enough evidence, or not a bona fide marriage,or you both live at different address,it could be a number of things,when you summit your 1-751 and you receive a one year extension letter a noa1 receipt,the next letter should be asc appointment for biometrics finger prints,sent to FBI every thing is good,then the review and pending,or it could be , rfe, interview, or denial, or approval,good luck.

I think you're confusing biometrics (fingerprinting) with the interview.

For biometrics, there has been some occasions where applicants weren't sent an appointment, likely because they've had a biometrics appointment within a close proximity of time prior to filing I-751.

For an interview, it may be a random thing although i'm almost 100% sure it has to do merely with evidence provided with the package. I'm a waiver filer but didn't get an interview.
