Do you guys know of any website that translate Vietnamese high diploma, so college will accept it?

Sometimes it depends on the college. Some of them request certain companies do the translation and wont accept it if they aren't done by the specific ones. You should find out what the college you want to attend requires.

why don't you ask your family in vietnam to do that for you and send it to the states? It's not so expensive and it is very accurate plus notarized. I did it that way with my birth cerfiticate and high school transcript

How do you get your high school transcript notarized? Did you go through the government or some private company?
