Please,

I'd like to know...

after the I-130 is approved NVC will first send me(petioner) a letter asking for I864 or FIRST will send "choice of address/agent" to my husband(applicant)?Which one comes first?

And on the form "Choice of address/agent" when the applicant have to make a choice of address, is only acceptable US address(mine)

or is acceptable a foreing address(my husband in italy)?

Sorry for all thos question, but I'm kind of lost on what comes first right after I-130 is approved.

Thank a lot

It would be a big mistake to wait for anything from NVC. It wastes time

With LingChe's shortcuts we made it through NVC in 25 days, the record is 18 days. That is NOT waiting for anything - it is being proactive

Follow the shortcuts

Good luck

I know when I'm close to NVC stage I will do the DS-3032 First.. Since I am the petitioner it's a good thing I receive all notifications..DS 3032 you can do on your own.. I think there is an online application for this that goes directly to NVC.........

follow the steps in this link
