Or better question, why would you? I would've waited to see if they would approve it or give us another interview rather than get married and have to start all over again, but I guess it doesn't matter since it expired anyway....this process is so difficult and stressful........

I think their file got sent back for review and in that time it expired. :( But how can you get married if you have filed the K-1 and are still in the process? I'm confused too.

Or if you decided to get married, cancel the K-1 and start a CR-1 (can you do that?) It just seems like a lot of time has been wasted...but maybe I don't know what can be done in the process. Anyway I'm really sorry this happened to you. Make sure you have a ton of evidence when you file again;)
