Hey Everyone,

If I send in my ROC application in and it requires an RFE(divorce decree), which will be sent first by USCIS the NOA or 1 year extension, or the RFE? Or will will I only get the NOA once I turn in the RFE required documents? Please help guys I am soo confused.

I was say IF the case was accepted then NOA1.. if not then you will get a rejection letter. IF accepted you will NOA1 then RFE

NOA always comes first...

NOA is acknowledging that they have received your application... this step happens much ahead of them looking at your petition...
