Yours sounds pretty simple. I had an RFE and sent in the stuff in August of 2010 and they still haven't given me an answer or NOA2 yet. It is getting a bit scary because I read someone's posting in which they said they called up USCIS (they're in my timeline too) and the IO told them a NOID was issued them in August 2010. They said they were not aware of that and are now awaiting an answer from USCIS (California Service Center). So, your RFE situation depends on what they asked for and your response. But good luck and wish us the same.

Peace.

after RFE ours was approved after 9 days, but we also asked our congressman to help us since we were after 5 months, but even without a congressman it looks like ppl get NOA2 after rfe ( after they received from you everything they wanted)in a week or couple weeks.

What more simple it can be? ...please indicate Yes or No to question 2 and sign.

Well in that case if you sent it back express post like we did it got turned around and started in 2 days depends on post and office staff but should be no more than 2 weeks tops.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month
