Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

The employer letter should be written on the company's letter head with company logo and it should include the HR person's (who is writing the letter for you) name, email address, phone no, etc, if possible. Also writing a few lines about your job description will be a good idea.

This is what my HR wrote:

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is written for the I-864 on behalf of the petitioner, xxxx.

xxxx is employed as (position) since date, month, year in our city name, state abbreviation facility. In this position, John Doe is responsible for....2-3 lines of job descriptions.

xxxx's current annual salary for the year 2006 is $ *****.

Please contact me, if you have any questions. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
