Jan 2011- I call USCIS and there has been no movement on my case other than it is in a field office and is currently under review. I have tried calling and infopass appointments. My lawyer says they could take over 2 years processing an application. I am guessing the reason is because of my ex-husband's withdrawal and because we married during deportation proceedings. Our interview for I-130 actually went very well and the officer was impressed with our evidence having lived together for so long. We were practically married!

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting. Just glad to find somewhere to vent! :) Talk about frustrating! Can i just get my green card and get my life back! I have no worries about the review because we are 100% legit. I just want something! an interview, a letter... anything!
