Question about date pictures were taken

Hello,

While I'm waiting for one more document to file my I-129F, I'm going over the dates I took all my pictures. Since my digital photos didn't have the time stamps on when taken, I did a control-alt-print screen of the file name and dates once I downloaded onto my computer. Then I did the same with the picture and file name. I included these two images on one sheet of paper. That way, you can see the actual image of the photo and see when the photo was taken. I also included larger images of the same photos on photo paper. My real question is that the dates still reflected USA time, so they were off 11 hours because I was in Thailand. Will they have a problem with that? I would think since they want proof we met within two years that it wouldn't be too critical, and that I've shown pretty much the only way it can be done. I also explained this on a sheet along with this document. Thank you for any input and sorry for any confusion explaining this.

Times are not important. "digital" timestamps on a photo are no better than writing the date on the back. Just write the date on the back of each.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

Correct. Focus on actual primary evidence of meeting like boarding passes and passport stamps. Photos are secondary evidence. What primary evidence do you have?

Thank you for the replies. I'm probably making too much of an issue about the photos.... My primary evidence is my itinerary, boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel receipts, souvenir receipts, etc. I would think that would be enough:) I'm glad I kept everything!

Yes, that should be fine.

I never dated my pictures at all for the I-129F filing. I think I only included 2. I'm not really sure they even matter at that stage.

For the interview stage, I outlined when the groups of pictures in the packet were taken but none of them were marked with any date.

Looks good but itinerary isn't evidence at all. No harm in including it for reference, just don't mistake if for evidence.

Good point. I've basically provided it as the boarding pass copies don't have the year, and the itinerary does. I'm glad I have all the other receipts to include too.
