I have my AOS interview soon and we dont have any lease agreement. We live in a house owned by my hubby's boss and we dont pay any rent or bills. I want to get something (like a lease) from the boss to proove this. But i have no idea how its done here. Any one with a format? Please help. Thanks.

Again AOS is not much about this, they know you will not have much showing living together.

Unless you have been married for more than 2 years you will not have much "Living together" evidence.

This will be more important at the time you file to remove conditions at the 2 year mark of a 2 year green-card.

you can always go to the local office max or office depot and but leases and write in what you need it to say and I am sure if you surf the net for sample lease agreements many will come up....Good luck

I doubt your husband's boss will go through the trouble of drafting a lease just for your AOS interview. Plus since your not paying anything I'm not sure it would even be a valid lease since a contract requires consideration.

What should i ask him for. I just want to show proof that we live in his house, we dont pay rent or any bills because he is responsible, he pays them. Its not a lease, like a letter to proove that we live in his house. Thanks.

Ask him for a signed statement that you and your husband live there. That's all.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Ask him for a signed statement that you and your husband live there. That's all.

Or if he doesn't want to write the letter himself, maybe he will sign a statement(letter) if you provide him the draft.
