I am an American Citizen living back in the US. I have a wife living in the Philippines where I also lived for 2 1/2 years before my return. My I-130 was accepted in June 2010 and I received my approval notice December 21, 2010. Last week I received a package from the NVC requesting $88 for "Affidavit of Support Processing Fee Invoice" and my wife to submit "Choice of Address and Agent" DS-3032. I sent in the DS-3032 and now received by email an invoice for $404,00 "Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill Invoice."

So far they have not requested the I-864, just payments. Will there be more processing from the NVC and payments before they send the approval to Manila or is this all I will have to send?

Great Site and thanks to all you help.

NVC is not going to request the I-864 documents. You have to be proactive. Once the bill have been paid go ahead and print out the barcoded cover sheet and send in your documents to the address specified on the cover sheet.

Actually, NVC will eventually request the I-864 and supporting documents. They'll request everything but there's no need to wait for them to do so.

This is a CR1 or IR1 case though, not K3.
