cheap calling cards to call USA from the Philippines

Hi VJs! I was wondering if someone knew of a cheap way to call USA from the Philippines using a cellphone and one that can be charged through a master card with proof of the call that can be used as evidence of an on going relationship. All your replies will be highly appreciated. Many thanks.

I think most people use Magic Jack. Iv seen quite a few posts about them sending magic jack to the phils and using that because its cheaper.

MJ, may be cheap, but most immigration couples want CALL LOGS to show to USCIS. Is there anyway to get CALL LOGS from Magic Jack?

Sometimes CHEAP is not.

my wife is in cebu city & she buy's the calling cards there. it's only 100peso's for a 40 min call.

we used rebtel.com. You get a billing history every month for the calls made. I also used skype call records too. Just basically condensed it down to call date/time/length.

my wife is here with me now ,,and she has been useing owtel to call her family,,we get a bill everymonththat shows the number we called from the number we called ,,the length of the call and the cost,also each call has a date by it,,it works with any carrier and we have it charged directly to our credit card,,at first we sent in checks every month to pay so that is an option,,go to owtel.com and check for youreself ,,many of our friends here use it also,,never had a problem with them

i am using vonage for almost 3 years now...call logs and billings can check and print online...Hubby is just paying bout 30-40 dollar a month...its unlimited calling in any US and canada number!! :thumbs:
