Is it possible to send in additional evidence after the package has already been received by the processing center? I sent our K-1 package on Nov 30, and have recently been reading about how to better prove a bonafide relationship. I want to send in additional information (like more passport pages showing visa and entries stamps).

Does it make any sense to send in additional information now or just wait to see what happens when it is adjudicated?

A related question is this: If we get an RFE, can we send additional information that was not requested? (reason would be to make it harder to deny in GUZ)

It is advised to not send anything extra unless you get an RFE. Your new papers will likely not match up with your case and will be thrown out.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I emailed the CSC and asked this. They said to just mail whatever I want to the address given on the NOA1. I figure, if it gets matched up with my original paperwork, then yay! If not, then I'm only out the amount of money it took to mail it. So I mailed it anyway.

Yep do not send anything to them unless they ask.

Also I recommend visiting and studying the process for interview in Guangzhou. That consulate has the nasty habit of handing out "Non-Bonafide relationship" denials to K-1's like candy.

Thanks Dan - Yes I have been all over that site ... and getting pretty nervous. I am trying to figure out how to reduce the odds or to counter a denial if it happens.

I figrued the same. So I am preparing some extra materials and send it anyway. Just make sure you do NOT send any originals, just copies. As you said, the worst that can happen is you waste money on postage and copying. They should have some way to match up if the case number is included, how else they match up the RFE cases?

BTW how did you manage to email CSC? I could not find any email address to use.

USCIS Service Centers

If you contacted the National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than 30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry:

* California Service Center: csc-ncsc-followup@dhs.gov

* Vermont Service Center: vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

* Nebraska Service Center: ncscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov

* Texas Service Center: tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

If you do not receive a response within 21 days of contacting the Service Center, you may contact the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations by email at SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov.

See the Customer Tools box to the left for additional resources available online.

Taken from this awful link which probably won't work: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=ddce0b89284a3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=ddce0b89284a3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD
