Can I setup InfoPass for 90 day EAD?

Do u know if I could go to the local office and get EAD regardless of the fact that we still haven't sent RFE?

RFE has a little note that 90 day period is re-starting?

if they have not received your reply to the RFE you stand very little chance of getting an interim EAD....

If your RFE says you are inelegable for EAD until 90 days from them receiving the reply again it is unlikely.... but nothing to stop you from trying..... but I feel you may be disapointed....

My husband got his interim EAD no problem 90 days after his NOA1, even though the RFE stated that we had to wait 90 days past the receipt of the RFE. However, we had already sent the RFE back when he got the interim. I got the impression that the guy who issued the interim had no idea about the RFE, so I would say that your chances are good. You might as well give it a shot.

I've seen several examples on here and another forum of people who successfully got interim EAD 90 days after NOA1 , even with an RFE. My advice is try it, the worst that can happen is you don't get it.

I'll go on Sep 8, my birthday ... Maybe they'll look trough my fingers lol... I was hoping to have interview by then but I guess not ... I'll let u know what happened.
