You have excellent ties and shouldn't have any isues

They should be in English, I only suggest this in order to make your crossing easier on you. Perhaps bring the Polish version with the translation.

The employment letter needs to be really specific but long. It should be on company letterhead and state you are employed with them since ____ date, the position you hold and when you are expected to return.

Good luck

Thanks! That cheered me up :) What do you mean that the letter needs to be really specific but long? I figured I could just enclose all the necessary data in 2 sentences or so...

Best regards!

I was thinking about that employment letter I would be presenting at the point of entry and I figured that this one might be a nice example: http://forums.immigration.com/showthread.php?256789-Request-for-Sample-Employment-Letter ; it requires minor modifications (especially the consulate part), but the question that I'd want to ask is: who should this letter be addressed to? CBP? CBP Officer? "To Whom it may concern"? Myself? I'd like to hear your opinions :)

Thanks in advance!
