ps, being closed on Sundays sounds like a BRILLIANT business decision to save money.. CF restaurants get there biggest rush hours M-F during lunch hours.

Many - but no more on Sunday than on any other day. That said, the mall is a lot busier on Saturday and Sunday than on other days.

I'm sure some locations are busier on the weekends, but in these hard economic times, closing a business one day a week can be a smart labor-saving, consolidation move--for whatever reason.

BTW, are the CF restaurants franchisee or corporate run? If you did a gang-busters business at the mall, then it would make much sense to keep it open.

In SoCal, CF is NOT in the malls.

I'm sure. We have a frozen yogurt place in the mall that shuts down twice a week, I think Monday and Tuesday (the slowest days at the mall).

We have some isolated ones here, and others that share parking-lots with shopping-centres (more common than isolated) but still in separate building--yea, I think that's a Joisey thing.
