K3 VISA CASE IS NOW ELIGIBE TO BE SCHEDULED???

hi everyone just want to share this: i ust got a letter from usem manila saying that my case is now eligible to be scheduled for a visa interview for my K3 visa case...I thought K3 visa case is already close for processing??? I got MNL case number for THE K3 Visa case...Should i let them know i wont pursue this case anymore???

If you are sending paperwork to NVC for CR-1 then simply don't schedule a K-3 interview.

But yes NVC should have closed it unless I-129F was sent to them ahead of I-130 from USCIS which could always happen.

sis, did u wat type of NOA2 ba ang dumating sau? kc dapat 2 NOA2 ang nreceived mo it means nsbay na approved ung 129F at I130 pero kung isa lng at NOA2 for I129-F un kaya nagproceed ung K3 mo

hey sis cinderella we got 2 NOA2 at the same time...im just wondering why they havent close the K3 Visa case since the IV petition is also approved...
