Only one fee generated?

Got my NVC case number, and Invoice number. Went online to the payment site, and found only the AOS fee had been generated, not the IV fee. I paid the AOS fee $88. When can I expect the IV fee to be generated? Does it depend on their receiving the email DS-3032? first?. I am the U.S. Petitioner.

I believe they generate the IV bill after they receive the DS-3032.

IV fee bill will be generated once COA has been accepted by NVC. So go ahead and email them the COA.

OK, I've alerted her and sent her the example form, with all the

data she needs.

good luck. This part of the NVC was the most frustrating for me. I sent multiple emails. It was not approved until after I got the email for sending in the DS-3032. I sent in an electronic version after that and got very quick approval. Some people had way better results.

I've told her to wait until we get the email for sending the DS-3032. No sense in wasted efforts.
