Hi all, I need some help regarding my situation. I filed for N-400 in dec 2010. I got my biometric apt notice 12-28-2010. I originally applied from NJ but before i got the notice I moved to VA. I changed my address. Should I wait to get new biometric apt notice or should I request for a new one??? Should I just get my fingerprints done in NJ??? Would it delay my process a lot?????

Thanks

Did you change your address with USCIS? I think it's form AR-11, but you can also do it online pretty easily.

No new biometrics notice.

I would go to the original bio location if you can, no need to have them put you down as a NO-SHOW.

Also an I-865 would be needed from sponsor if sponsor is your spouse and also moved, unless you can be credited with 10 years of work. In the future after becoming a citizen, never again will an AR-11 or I-865 be needed.
