It does seem odd, however I guess like the status page, not everyone gets to see thier progress, but glad you have NOA-2 in hand! Now the hard work begins!

Yeah, and here I thought I'd finished the hard part after the I-130 package :wacko:

Thanks I hope the next step is a little more quicker than the first step.

Follow the short cut as shown in the guide and you will wizz through it I am sure.

The record apprently is held at 11 days, we failed this because we are still waiting for our case number from NVC at day 11.

But this next process can be done in a few weeks!

Hi All,

Any of you guys have received the NVC case number??

When I am filling out DS-3032 form, I have a following question.

After choosing the option of appointing an agent, I have two options: Option 1: Asks to check if we already have green card and Option 2: If we don't want to proceed to apply immigrant visa.. Either of them is not an option for me because I want my wife to have green card which is an immigrant visa and she dont have it now.. So, should we leave both the options unchecked?? Is that true?

Leave both items unchecked.

Easier would be to send the DS-3032 form via e-mail thru the beneficiary's e-mail address.
