I have seen other who submited their paper work late January and already get approve with in three month. I guess its not first come issues now a days.

I feel the fustration setting in after seeing everyone starting to get approved and with no word of any kind so far.

Patience.. There are some people who filed November December still did not get their NOA2...just wait and there is nothing we can do..

Today was a day to be remembered! I was on my way home from visiting my husband when he called to tell me we had received NOA2! Whee!! :-D I hope everyone else see's theirs soon!

The NOA's seem to be coming in fast and furious now! Congrats to all who have gotten them!

It is frustrating I know as we have seen others get theres who filed after us, but patience pays off it truly does and it will come for you also just need to hang in there, we are at thier mercy!

NOA2 received, on to the NVC! Hopefully they're quick so we can get our interview date! :D

2010.11.11 - Date of marriage

USCIS

2011.01.07 - I-130 sent

2011.01.10 - I-130 delivery confirmed

2011.01.12 - I-130 NOA1

2011.05.16 - I-130 NOA2 **NVC Bound!**

NVC

2011.06.02 - Case # and AOS invoice # received

(We put our immigration plans on hold)

2012.09.14 - Paid I-864 bill

2012.10.09 - Received/paid IV bill

2012.11.26 - Received I-864 package

2012.11.28 - Returned completed I-864/DS-260

2013.01.15 - NVC case complete!

Consulate

2013.02.19 - Interview date!

NOA2 received, on to the NVC! Hopefully they're quick so we can get our interview date! :D

I am guestimating around 4-6 weeks to complete and another month to interview date, but right now, we are busy, busy getting all things ready and double checking in the hope we dont get an RFE

provided you registered the 1145 form at the time of filing, your wife will get a text and email and you will just get an email.....Be aware that if you try and work out thier working times to 5pm, its futile as our notification came at 7pm US time so either working late or an auto updater!

My husband got approved on 5/20/2011! How exciting, good luck to the rest of you :-)

I didn't get a text/email even though I filled out the 1145 and sent it with my application; I even got a text/email about receipt of my package to begin which is very odd. Anyways, I got an official paper in the mail with my NOA2 date on it instead.

I didn't get a text/email even though I filled out the 1145 and sent it with my application; I even got a text/email about receipt of my package to begin which is very odd. Anyways, I got an official paper in the mail with my NOA2 date on it instead.

It does seem odd, however I guess like the status page, not everyone gets to see thier progress, but glad you have NOA-2 in hand! Now the hard work begins!
