MONTREAL CASE COMPLETE!

We just got an email from the NVC saying that our case is now COMPLETE! WOOHOOO...

Last week we got an RFE (one little mistake) and we sent in the RFE the next day! It took exactly ONE WEEK and NOT 20days like they said it would

for them to process it and complete it. Thank God.

Now, were praying for a february interveiw!!!!!!

i called the NVC they are not done scheduling interviews for february.....so there is a chance

Congratulations!

Montreal has definitely picked up speed but as Matt posted you are probably looking at a March date at the earliest as those that completed ahead of you are booked for March. Good luck!

Its looks like we both got our case completes around the same time this month....

oh and whewn you writr "sign in failed" what does that mean??

We weren't the only ones who received March Interview dates. The Feb. calendar is full. You have to take what NVC tells you with a grain of salt. THE actual embassy schd's the interviews not NVC rep you are speaking to. The Feb calendar is full and they have moved into march schd. You should get an interview shortly, and it'll def. be in march. We didn't decide on march it is what was schd for us. All the people who were completed in January received March Interviews.

SIF means sign in failed. If you try to login to the portal page (where you paid the AOS fee, get bar coded page, etc) it should now tell you, a message a long the lines of " sign in failed, your case is no longer eligible to be processed" Something along those lines.

ohhhh!!! that is awesome!!!! im so excited for you that you got your interview so soon!!!! where will you be moving to once you get your visa? I PRAY I get my interview in March! I'm going to be moving to Chicago!

I called the NVC yesterday and told them that a couple people had case completes in January and got interviews in March and asked them if I had an interview scheduled yet. All the girl could tell me was that I was not getting an interview this month and that when an interview is scheduled they will send me a letter. BAsically they didnt know WHY exactly some people were getting March interviews. So im really confused. I got my case complete January 10.

She then went on to tell me to call as of the 17th of January to find out if I got scheduled for February! CONFUSEDDD!!!!!!!

Yeah, I called today too and she told me the Feb slots were not full yet and to call back next week. Are they closed for the MLK holiday?
