what are the common documents asked for RFE? Is this just a questionnaire you have to fill out and return? Just wondering. thanks.

November 13,2006- Called NVC and gave me our case number

November 14,2006- NVC forwarded case to Manila Embassy

November 22,2006- US Embassy Manila recieved my case, and said wait till 1-6 months for the interview date

Feb 2007-interview approved

March 1'07- Visa delivered

April 3'07-Las Vegas, Nevada

April 15'07- Orlando, Florida

April 20- Wedding

April 23'07- France

June 5'07- Back to Florida and file for AOS

I think the RFE will tell what they want you to send.

People get RFEs for various reasons--missing paperwork(like copies of divorce decrees, birth certificates, passport pages, etc.), unsigned paperwork, or insufficient proof of meeting.

Great! thanks! i hope we wont recieve an RFE as far as I know we submitted all that(wishful thinking)....

Hope you don't get an RFE, it just causes a delay.

If you sent a complete I-129f package with everything in order, then you should get no RFE.

Did you use the newest I-129F form, the 3 page one with the IMBRA questions? If you did not use the newest form then you will get an RFE for IMBRA.

yeah we used the new I-129F form(where it asked if we met thru a marriage broker,and asked about criminal cases you had in the past).
