My son is USC and he have a USA passport and Philippines passport. What i need to bring for his Port of Entry in USA

My son is 1 year old and 7 months. He have a USA passport and Philippines passport. Do my son needs a Philippines immigration exit permit? Do my son Philippines passport needs a cfo sticker.

Our Port of Entry in USA is January 21, 2011.

They would travel on the US passport (they are US citizen), so no on the exit permit. Your son doesnt need a visa to go to the US.

If they were to travel out on the Philippine passport, they would need a visa and exit permit

If he was born after your married to s USC and he has a US passport

he doesnt need nothing as far as US goes.

Having a us passport allows him to enter the USA.

Present both passports to immigration at the airport upon departure. Both passports will be stamped. The U.S. passport will have the annotation "PP" to show that a valid Philippine passport was presented as identification. Children 12 years and below do not need a CFO sticker in their Philippine passports.

i just came from the Bureau of Immigration. i was told that no need for ECC if the child is a dual citizen. i was even told that getting my daughter a phil passport wasn't necessary. i just needed to present the dual cit certificate when we leave.

I have a related issue. If someone can answer definitively, I'd really appreciate it.

My wife and son are flying in 24 hours. She went to the CFO seminar and got the stamp in her passport. My son is a dual-passport holder. She did not get a stamp for him. Does he need a stamp to leave the country if we show both his passports? We got the Phils passport specifically to avoid having to pay the departure tax. Will this be ok without the CFO stamp in his passport? Please, if someone knows, let me know ASAP....
