RFE for proof of income - Urgent!

Hi guys, need your help! Just got my RFE today. It has two pages. Before I received the hard copy of RFE, I got the email notification last week and was wondering what i missed. So now, what I missed in the package was my husband's proof of current income.

Here's what the RFE said:

Page 1: The petition/sponsor's icome on the Federal income tax return does not meet or exceed 125% of the poverty guideline. The petitioner/sponsor lists their current income on Form 1-864 as an amount to be considered as sufficient; howerver, no evidence has been submitted as proof of current income.

Page 2: Based on the documents submitted with Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the petitioner/sponsor, the income did not meet 125% of the federal poverty line for petition/sponsor's household size. Submit evidence of assets that meet the standards listed below or obtain joint sponsor.

I'm my mistake that I did not include proof of current income. However, I did include my husband's 2009 tax transcript. His AGI was over $100,000 and our household size is TWO. I do not understand why the RFE said we did not meet 125% of the federal poverty line.

Anyway, I already asked my husband to get a copy of his employment contract and pay studs of the past 6 months. He started his new job in May 2010 and his salary is over $100,000. Do I still need to include evidence of assets as requested on Page 2?

1) copies of past six months pay stubs, letter from employer, wait for a W2 from employer?

2) Assets only needed if using them to meet the 125% guideline, if you say income is 6 figure, then pay-stubs, and an employer letter should do.
