Is anyone here using it? Specifically, has anyone filed form I-864 through E-Mail Electronic Processing program.

My mom filed for her son and I am the sole sponsor. I should be using the form I-864 right? not I-864EZ?

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Thanks a lot YuAndDan! I completely forgot! so my mom fills out an I-864 and I fill out one too as a joing sponsor? She does not work, I support her so she can just write a letter saying this (reason for not filing tax, she does not work).

I do not think Nigeria is able to use Electronic Processing for NVC, but here is a link that can hopefully answer your questions!
